This week’s Senior Spotlight comes to us from Edgewater High School! Everyone say hello to Ruby Johnson!
Ruby is a well rounded student, participating in all kinds of extracurricular activities! She is a member of the Basketball team, debate club, Edgewater Chorus, as well as the Flag Football team! Ruby loves to sing and preform and uses her talents to help her community. This past summer she entertained the older generations at nursing homes through a youth program!
Though she is not quite sure which college she would like to attend, Ruby does know that she would like to major in Criminal Justice and Business. Her ultimate career goal is to become a Lawyer, own her own law firm and eventually serve her community as a political leader. She’s looking forward to college life, making new memories and meeting new people.
Working as a crew member at McDonalds has helped Ruby learn the importance of time management and organization. She also believes that it’s important to always have a friendly attitude and bring a genuine smile to every situation.
Thanks for letting Leonard’s be a part of your Senior Year, Ruby and best of luck in all of your future endeavors!
