Class of 2019 Senior Spotlight: Janelly Bazil

Senior Spotlight.pngWelcome back! This week we are shining a spotlight on Lake Nona High School Senior, Janelly Bazil!

Janelly is an honor and dual enrollment student who will graduate High School with her Associates of the Arts Degree. She’s an active member of both the Key Club and the Beta Club! Janelly says that helping people has always been one of her passions, so outside of school, she volunteers with Give Kids the World, an organization that helps kids in need.

After she graduates from Lake Nona she plans on attending Florida State University to study Human Biology. Janelly’s ultimate Career goal is to become a successful plastic Surgeon.

She credits her mom for motivating her to always work hard, stay dedicated in school and teaching her to be independent. Janelly believes in the importance of loving yourself, not comparing yourself to others and staying positive no matter the situation.

Class of 2019 Senior Spotlight: Chandler Caudill

This week’s Senior Spotlight features Crooms Academy of Information Technology Senior,  Chandler Caudill!


Chandler is a very involved student participating in activities like, Student Government, the student ambassador group, and the Golf team! Outside of school, he volunteers as a mentor for kids in the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.

He will graduate high school with his AA degree and plans to attend either Flagler College or Florida Southern with a major in Sports Management!

You might be able to tell from his senior pictures, but Chandler is a huge Nascar fan. Racing might be his favorite, but he enjoys all sports and has a back of memorizing game and player statistics. In the future he hopes to actually work for a sports team!

He would like to thank his first technology teacher at Crooms, Ms. Fisher, for making him feel comfortable entering High School and encoring him to always be the best version of himself.
