Leonard’s Customer Service is the Core of Their Success

Leonard’s Photography is very proud of the outstanding photos it captures and the wide variety of products it offers. Customers will look at their photos and cherish them, remembering that Leonard’s took those images. However, it is the quality of the Customer Service Dept. that is truly memorable, according to Ali Knoll. She is tied closely to this department.

“A good Customer Service Department is everything from efficient sales representatives to friendly customer service team members, going out of their way to ensure a customer’s satisfaction,” says Ali. “In my opinion, this is what really sets us apart from our competitors. Not only have we preserved the traditional values of the industry while embracing new and innovative technology and technique, but we truly value our customers and we are willing to do whatever is takes to guarantee their satisfaction.”

As far as skill set and personality of your typical Leonard’s employee, Ali classifies her fellow staff members as all being extremely personable, determined, hard-working, trustworthy, and most importantly, genuine. “Anyone of us can tell you just how much we truly care about our customers’ needs,” says Ali. “And you just can’t fake that!”
