Employee Spotlight: Getting to Know Our Customer Service Team!

This week I interviewed another wonderful Customer Service team member, Stacey. Not only is she extremely dedicated to her job here at Leonard’s, she is also a prominent member of our community through her volunteer work with Community Hospice of Northeast Florida. I must admit, I am having such a great time with these spotlight features. Each employee has so much to share. It is really amazing!

  1. What is your name?

Stacey Jones

  1. Which department do you work in?

My position is data entry coordinator but I also lend a hand with the senior department and the other customer service departments when needed.

  1. What are some of your daily tasks?

 I process orders, verify order accuracy, and take customer service calls.

  1. How do you contribute to our customer service team?

My department processes orders and I take customer service calls when needed.

  1. Here at Leonard’s we capture memories! What is one memory you are glad you captured through photography?

My parent’s wedding!

  1. What are three words that best describe you?

Outgoing, Motivated, and Responsible

  1. Do you have any special talents?

 I am fluent in American Sign Language.

  1. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

I would learn to fly a plane. My father and grandfather were both pilots.

  1. If you could meet anyone, living or deceased, who would it be?

Cesar Milan because everyone always calls me dog whisperer!

  1. What is the best part of waking up?

Of course, each picture I have tells a story about where I have been and where I am going.
